The Extron Control for Microsoft Teams Rooms software application adds environmental and AV system control to the full range of conferencing features provided by the Microsoft Teams Rooms application. With years of field-proven success, this application enables an MTR touchscreen to deliver both collaboration and control solutions for a streamlined and enhanced meeting room experience. Extron has simplified the conferencing experience and provides a new level of convenience with turnkey, centralized monitoring and control of AV devices, sensors, shades, lighting and much more – all from the familiar Microsoft Teams Rooms interface.
To take full advantage of this system, an Extron Pro Series control system or WC Pro Workspace Automation Controller is needed. GUI templates are provided to aid with setup and configuration by eliminating the need to create custom GUIs or workflows from scratch.
